This is by far one of my favorite images I've taken. It's not my best photo, nor a fan favorite. but yet I find real peace in the photo. The bands of Red Rock Canyon - Nevada
On a family trip in 2019 I had the chance to sneak away from the City for the day and headed off to Red Rock Canyon just outside of Las Vegas. The place is amazing! These massive rock formations are what is left of ancient sand dunes that used to cover the entire Nevada desert. Bright red bands of rock can be seen stretching across the landscape where large deposits of iron were deposited throughout time.
With the massive Volcán de Agua towering over Antigua Guatemala the Santa Catalina Arch creates an iconic landmark while exploring the City Streets.
